About the Performance

Q. How long is each performance?

We can adjust anywhere from 1 minute to 90 minutes, based on your needs. If you require a longer show, please feel free to discuss it with us.

Q. How many audience members can BLACK's performance accommodate?

A.

We can cater to audiences of up to around 2,500 people, based on BLACK’s Cirque du Soleil experience. Visibility varies depending on the venue setup and whether screens are available; please contact us for further details.

Q. Can BLACK perform multiple times in a single day?

A.

Absolutely. We simply need time for breaks and setup between each show. Please reach out to discuss scheduling and the number of performances.

Q. Is it possible to book multiple performers?

A.

Yes. BLACK is connected to top performers worldwide. Depending on your event theme, we can bring in other artists and create the ideal show.

Q. Is BLACK able to travel for performances, including overseas?

A.

Of course. Please note that travel and accommodation costs are billed separately from the appearance fee.

Q. How much does it cost to book a performance?

A.

Fees vary based on factors such as performance length, special customization, and the number of shows. We’ll provide an estimate tailored to your needs, so feel free to contact us anytime.

Q. What about travel and accommodation expenses?

A.

We charge actual travel costs from Tokyo, Japan to your event location. If the engagement requires an overnight stay, we ask you to cover local hotel costs. The exact amount depends on location and schedule, so please contact us for details.

Q. Can I receive a quote?

Absolutely. We’ll provide a quote within 48 hours—please don’t hesitate to request one.

Q. How do I pay?

A.

We accept payments in USD via bank transfer. The due date is the end of the month following the performance date. In some cases, we may request a partial advance payment.

Q. How far in advance should I book?

We recommend contacting us as soon as possible. Some clients reach out more than a year in advance. It’s always best to reserve the date early.

Q. Can I tentatively reserve the schedule?

Yes. However, please note that final confirmations take priority.

Q. Is last-minute booking possible?

A.

Depending on our schedule, it may be feasible. Because urgent requests require rapid planning and coordination, it’s not always possible, but we will do our best to accommodate you. Please contact us for details.

Q. If the event date is changed or postponed, can BLACK still perform?

A.

We will certainly do our best to accommodate date changes. However, if BLACK’s schedule does not permit the new date, we may have to treat it as a standard cancellation. Thank you for your understanding.

Q. Can BLACK perform at an event where only English is spoken by staff and guests?

A.

Absolutely. BLACK can handle English communication without an interpreter, so rest assured.

Yes. BLACK has extensive experience at international conferences and events for overseas clients, so you can feel confident about communication in English.

We ask clients to handle the necessary permits for performances in their country, including visas. Of course, BLACK will fully cooperate with any steps he needs to take directly.

Q. Is it possible to perform using music or costumes provided by the client?

Yes. Keep in mind, certain selections may require more time for planning and rehearsal, so please let us know as soon as possible.

Q. Can BLACK perform at events not listed on this site?

A.

Certainly. With over 20 years in show business, BLACK offers tailored performances for a wide range of events. Please feel free to contact us.

We’re an agency. Could you provide materials we can use for our client proposals?

Of course. We have a selection of photos and other assets you can incorporate into your proposal. Feel free to request them anytime.

Q. What stage setup is ideal for a Yo-Yo performance?

A.

A stage at least 6m wide, 6m deep, and 4m high (approx. 20ft × 20ft × 13ft) is best. We can accommodate smaller stages—just let us know the details.

Q. What sound or lighting equipment is required?

A.

Generally, the venue’s existing equipment is sufficient. However, certain shows may require additional gear. Please contact us for specifics.
